Strengthening Teams Through Communication, Connection & Conflict Resolution

Thursday, November 12, 2026
9am - 12:00pm; In Person
******

Strong organizations are built on trust, open communication, and the ability to engage in healthy discourse, especially when perspectives differ. This interactive workshop equips nonprofit leaders with practical LAPP (Listen, Acknowledge, Probe, Problem-Solve) skills that foster honest conversations, deepen understanding, and create a culture where team members feel heard, respected, and empowered to contribute.

Participants will learn how to navigate conflict constructively, transforming moments of tension into opportunities for learning, collaboration, and stronger relationships. Through hands-on exercises, real-world scenarios, and live practice, attendees will actively apply communication and conflict resolution techniques during the training, leaving with actionable tools they can immediately use to strengthen teams, encourage productive discourse, and build a more connected and resilient workplace.Participants will learn how to navigate conflict constructively, transforming moments of tension into opportunities for learning, collaboration, and stronger relationships.
