Cancellation policy: We require notice of cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the class start time. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or late cancellations. LACDAC and First 5 (Region 4) grantees who register without attending will be invoiced directly for the full cost of the course. Per our contract with LACDAC, we are required to notify LACDAC of any grantees who register and do not attend; Those who miss a session cannot register to attend any future TNP sessions until payment is received. All registrants are encouraged to send an alternate if unable to attend.
