Usama represents employers of all sizes in matters of workplace privacy, data security, unfair competition, and trade secret theft and corporate espionage, both on the plaintiff and defense side. He regularly conducts trainings and publishes articles relating to data privacy and data breach matters, including data breach counseling, reporting, and litigation trends. He has been actively advising clients on planning for compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Usama represents employers in other areas of employment law as well, including wage and hour, harassment, and discrimination actions in state and federal court, arbitration, and before government agencies.

LACDAC and First 5 (Region 4) grantees who register and do not attend will be invoiced directly for for the full cost of the event. Per our contract with LACDAC, we are required to notify LACDAC of any grantees who register and do not attend; Those who miss a session cannot register to attend any future TNP sessions until payment is received.
