Understanding donor motivation is essential for inspiring giving, retaining supporters, and encouraging increased contributions. Fundraisers, executives, and board members each play a role in cultivating donor relationships—fundraisers build systems and experiences that foster loyalty, while leaders and board members reinforce trust and impact through personal connection. Together, they create an environment where donors feel valued, inspired, and invested in the mission.

LACDAC and First 5 (Region 4) grantees who register and do not attend will be invoiced directly for the full cost of the course.
