Online Fundraising that Builds Real Relationships
In this workshop, you will learn:
How to shift your mindset to see online tools as relationship tools, not just broadcast channels
The most important metrics to track (and which ones to ignore)
How to segment your donors and tailor your messages for greater impact
Simple ways to evaluate and improve your donation form and follow-up
What tools to prioritize based on your organization’s size, capacity, and goals
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your donor journey, clear ideas for improvement, and a 30-60-90 day action plan you can start implementing right away.
Trainer: Julie Lacouture
Prior to Good Ways Inc., Julie worked in communications and fundraising at some great non-profits including DonorsChoose.org, the Massachusetts Coalition against Domestic Violence, and Peace Games. She started her career in corporate PR and Advertising, where she drove a hotdog across the country for Oscar Mayer and was a copywriter for McDonald’s, Coldwell Banker, and other brands.
She holds an MBA from UCLA and degrees in Psychology and Advertising from Syracuse University.

LACDAC and First 5 (Region 4) grantees who register and do not attend will be invoiced directly for the full cost of the course.
