Building Healthier Nonprofit Teams: An Introduction to the Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Description:

Nonprofit leaders depend on strong, healthy teams to deliver on their mission, but even talented teams can struggle with trust, conflict, accountability, and alignment. This introductory workshop explores Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team and provides a practical framework for understanding what keeps teams from working effectively.

Participants will learn how the five dysfunctions build on one another, recognize where their own teams may be getting stuck, and identify practical steps they can take to strengthen trust, encourage productive conflict, increase commitment, build accountability, and stay focused on results.

Designed for nonprofit executives, managers, and emerging leaders, this session provides a simple and practical starting point for building a healthier, more cohesive leadership team.
