AI Adoption Without Chaos

September 2nd; 9:00am - 12:00pm

A practical training series that helps nonprofit leaders use AI safely, credibly, and consistently without turning your organization into a compliance factory.

AI is already inside your nonprofit. Staff are using it to draft, summarize, brainstorm, and “research”, often without shared rules, clear review standards, or leadership visibility. That’s how organizations end up with privacy mistakes, public-facing inaccuracies, and inconsistent quality that erodes trust.

This series is built for one outcome: responsible AI adoption that actually works in a real nonprofit, limited capacity, high stakes, and zero tolerance for chaos.

Who this series is for
Executive directors, COOs/ops leaders, program and development leaders, HR/people ops, communications leads, and managers who want to:
• Get the productivity gains without the “confidently wrong” failures
• Protect client, donor, HR, financial, and legal information
• Create clear rules that managers can enforce consistently
• Pilot AI in a controlled way and prove value in 30 days
If your team is experimenting in pockets (or avoiding AI out of fear), this is the reset.

The problem we solve
AI is a force multiplier. If your systems are messy, AI multiplies mess. If your standards are unclear, AI multiplies inconsistency. If your people are exhausted, AI becomes a stress response. That’s when mistakes happen.

This series installs three things most nonprofits are missing:
1. A decision filter for what AI should and shouldn’t be used for (before someone learns the hard way)
2. Non-negotiable guardrails around data, quality, and review
3. A lightweight adoption system so usage becomes consistent and auditable, not random
