***************
This three-part series helps nonprofits increase their visibility in today’s AI-driven search landscape. You’ll learn how to show up on Google and Maps, structure your website so search engines and AI tools understand your work, and build the credibility needed to be recommended to donors, volunteers, and community members. Each session provides practical, easy-to-apply steps to help your organization get found, build trust, and grow its impact online.

Session 1: Getting Your Nonprofit Found on Google, Maps, and AI - July 29th
Description: When people search for nonprofits today, they often rely on Google, Maps, and AI tools to find trusted organizations in their community. This session will show you how to optimize your Google Business Profile so your nonprofit can appear when people search for services, volunteer opportunities, or ways to give. You will learn how accurate categories, services, photos, and reviews help search engines and AI understand and recommend your organization. This session focuses on the foundational steps every nonprofit should take to become visible online.

Session 2: Making Your Website AI-Ready: How Search Engines and AI Understand Your Nonprofit - August 12th

Description: AI tools like Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other search assistants rely on clear, well-structured websites to identify trustworthy nonprofits. In this session, you will learn how to organize your website so it clearly communicates your mission, services, and geographic reach. We will cover the essential pages every nonprofit should have, how to write content that answers common questions, and simple improvements that increase your chances of being recommended in both traditional search and AI-generated answers.
*****
Session 3: Building Trust and Authority So AI and Search Recommend Your Organization - August 26th

Description: Search engines and AI systems recommend nonprofits they recognize as active, credible, and trusted. This session will teach you how to strengthen your online authority through directory listings, reviews, partnerships, and regular updates. You will also learn how to create helpful content that attracts donors, volunteers, and community members while improving your visibility in AI-powered search. The session concludes with a practical checklist your nonprofit can use to maintain and grow its discoverability over time.
