Achieving Board Excellence
Tuesday, June 16, 2026; 9am - 11am (VIRTUAL)
This dynamic, interactive workshop is designed to elevate how boards think, lead, and perform. Participants will discover what truly sets high-impact boards apart—learning how to avoid common dysfunctions, build a culture of trust and accountability, and confidently navigate challenging conversations with clarity and purpose.
Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, attendees will sharpen their strategic mindset—gaining tools to focus on big-picture governance, ask more powerful questions, and use data to drive long-term impact. The experience goes beyond theory, equipping each participant with practical frameworks to assess their board’s effectiveness, strengthen team culture, and take immediate, meaningful action.
By the end of the session, participants won’t just understand what great boards do—they’ll leave energized, aligned, and ready to put excellence into practice.
