Maximizing the Value of Your Multi-generational Workforce (In-Person)

Wednesday, June 10th; 9am - 12pm
*******
Curious about how to bridge the generation gap for better collaboration and innovation in your team?
Today’s workforce includes five different generations of Americans working side by side, with each generation bringing in different workplace motivators, communication preferences and expectations of their leaders. How can you effectively navigate these differences and reap the benefits of their different perspectives and assets?
This highly engaging and interactive workshop will increase your understanding of each generation’s values, life stage priorities and work-related motivations and leave with a set of cross generational best practices that can lead to innovation, improved problem solving and collaboration and the ability to reach more age diverse team members, volunteers, and more.
Walk away equipped with the tools to connect with, inspire, and lead a more age-diverse team, whether you're managing employees, volunteers, or seeking to improve overall workplace inclusivity.

Don't miss this opportunity to harness the power of generational diversity and unlock new levels of success in your organization!
